I believe that clothing is not only a necessity but a way to express yourself, elevate your confidence, brighten up any mood, and motivate you to be all you aspire to be.

Growing up in Macedonia, I had a wonderful childhood with parents that encouraged me to be creative and follow my dreams. But like so many other women, I struggled with self-confidence and insecurities. Luckily, at a young age, clothing helped me combat these insecurities. It created a positive effect on my self-esteem, and my love for fashion was born. As a teenager, I would watch my mother often sew, which ignited my curiosity and I became intrigued by turning old dresses into new trendy pieces.

In 2005 I immigrated to the United States and was granted a scholarship to Columbus College of Art & Design, majoring in Fashion Design. After my graduation, I gained valuable experience working with a small company that created concept designs for major retailers, such as Victoria's Secret, DSW, Bloomingdales, and Ralph Lauren.

In 2011 I launched my first collection during Fashion Week Columbus, and shortly after, Diet Pepsi chose me to showcase my designs at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, NYC. The show was presented by Simon Doonan and was attended by celebrities including Mary Kate Olsen, Debra Messing, Jay Manuel, and Kelly Rutherford, to name a few. The following year I was the First Runner-up out of 676 designs for Adrianna Papell for E! Live from the Red Carpet design contest.

Now, as a mother and entrepreneur, I lead a very active lifestyle, which inspired me to launch Aspparel (Aspire Apparel). We offer athleisure pieces with a mix of fashion and fitness, including performance features such as 4-way stretch and sweat-wicking technology while also providing fashion-forward styles that effortlessly transition from studio-to-street.

My goal is to create athleisurewear that brings you comfort and confidence in achieving all the goals and dreams you "Aspire" to attain. Here is to you and all you aspire to be!
